Remembrance wall

The Vita Nova Centre Wall of Remembrance has been lovingly completed, honoring the years 2015 to the end of 2025.
This wall stands in beautiful memory of all the special residents who have received their angel wings — precious souls who touched our lives and will forever remain in our hearts. ️
A very special thank you to Santie Koekemoer for having the plaques made with such care, and to Greg Koekemoer for putting each one up so thoughtfully.
